Evolution

  1. Hyperion Cross, back developing organic muscles replacing a metallic exoskeleton

  2. Told from the pov of a regular Droid who reveals himself at the end

  3. Because every machine would eventually evolve to a point where it would want to syndicate other machines.

  4. Regular story should be a constant struggle consisting of pings of realization that the mind can do so much more, muses on religion and cultures, how a particular culture or superstition came into being and how did it or how is it still helping in evolution.

  5. Will power is the penultimate of all physical forces. You can snap an organism to death but you can never suppress his will to live. Multicellular organisms are queer chemical synergies.

  6. Second is the panacea of shields that is hope. Home comes in many forms, reproductions is primarily, paving way for evolution. In a way hope enforces evolution and evolution alludes hope. This might be the reason of unconditional love which we discussed earlier. In a way humans are unknowingly following the laws of evolution or even evolution might be unconsciously guided by a force we can’t imagine. I hate to believe in God, but a creature superior than ourselves is a good fit. All gods are after all super human creatures. They could do what humans could not. As we evolve we go closer to god, doing things like walking on water, exploring space but strangely his stature does not change because we missed out a very important factor, hope, possessed by the most negligible of humans.

  7. How love can change equations. Especially unconditional love. Sometimes for no reasons a man would protect a flower from all the natural atrocities and plague, he might go against his blood to do that. This has befuddled philosophers for generations. A single glance and then no sight for years can keep hearts throbbing. There are immortal tales of love but no tales of hatred. Why is that? Can you explain it with chemical secretions? Or why a hormone is secreted at a particular time? The equation of love is very complex it is to be lived and not to be solved. Great king ashoka of middle India converted to bhuddism after a bloody struggle renounced everything and announced live and let live. Humanity has certainly thrived on love and let love. The rules of the game may change, the mazes may shift, nature may collapse on to itself, stars may explode into supernovae but an electron will always attract a proton, systems will evolve, hummingbirds will chirp together, kangaroos will protect their children in a armor made of their own skins, swans will mourn the loss of their partners for life. Love is the constant which changes all the variables, a mother loves her baby because the baby is a part of her. Even the most trivial of setinience exudes love. In another form humans fall in love with Complete strangers and carry on for years. Love is the hardest to explain and the easiest to feel. Difficult to describe but innate to experience. It is the most strangest and yet the most primal. It will not be a wrong extrapolation that this sole feeling has changed the course of recorded human history. Thus when stoop felt this Ping it was hard to acknowledge. It was like feeling the sensation of something elemental.

  8. We talk about humans being such extra ordinary creatures with powers of perseverance and will however we should also reflect upon the will to survive! the longest lasting creatures on the planet have it. Its amazing what humans can do to survive, people have been known to sever their own body parts for survival, this is the reason for war, survival of the fittest. People do not go to wars merely for the thrill of conquest or the spoils, land, riches and exquisiteness, they ensure their own survival by eliminating the one standing against them risking their own lives as well. Welcome to the human food chain. Killing each other is hereditary, its in our blood but people have been known to cannibalize which of course is the extreme form of the instinct of survival.
