Hello homeowners!

Hope this finds you in good health and spirit!

We are Stuti and Shub and we have placed a bid on the house. This is out very first bid on the first house that we are trying to buy. Both of us are young working professionals who recently passed out from college (and completed our student loans… phew!)

We liked this house the second we laid eyes on it, we spent a lot of time touring it and imagining how we would customize each corner and give it a personal touch. We also loved the slightly retro theme going on in the house with the radio transmitters. Stuti’s grandpa is a connoisseur of old radios!

We are planning to build a family in this house and we have exactly all the space that we need now and in the near future! We have also planned certain modifications which will add new life to the house and create memories
